1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DBWillow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DBWillow is a MySQL database client application that provides:

• Database connection and management tools
• SQL query editor and execution
• AI-powered SQL assistance
• Dashboard widgets and data visualization
• Data export and import capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of DBWillow, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

DBWillow offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of current plans are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, premium features may be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

5. Fair Usage Policy

Your use of DBWillow is subject to our Fair Usage Policy. Excessive use that may impact service availability for other users may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension. Please refer to our Fair Usage Policy for detailed limits and restrictions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use DBWillow for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

DBWillow and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by DevPeople LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your database data and content remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DBWillow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for data loss - you are responsible for backing up your data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DevPeople LTD harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of DBWillow, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of DBWillow after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
