Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 2025
This Refund Policy outlines the refund process and eligibility for DBWillow subscriptions provided by DevPeople LTD.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with DBWillow, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using DBWillow and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges.
2. Refund Process
2.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us at support@dbwillow.com with your refund request
- Include your account email address and order/transaction details
- Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
2.2 Refund Processing Time
Once we approve your refund request:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions canceled after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
- Refunds requested due to changes in personal circumstances
- Refunds for promotional or discounted subscriptions after the promotional period ends
- Refunds for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
4. Free Trial Period
DBWillow offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The free trial is not subject to refund requests as no payment is made.
5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
It's important to understand the difference:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period.
- Refund: Returns payment for a subscription. Access is immediately revoked upon refund approval.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard without requesting a refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- Refuse future service if chargebacks are found to be fraudulent
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
7. Refund for Upgrades/Downgrades
When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
- Upgrades are charged immediately at a prorated rate
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- Refunds for downgrades are not provided for the current billing period
- You will receive the difference as a credit or refund when applicable
8. Disputed Refunds
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, you may:
- Contact us again with additional information or clarification
- Request escalation to a supervisor or manager
- Provide documentation supporting your refund request
We will review disputed refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make a final determination.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Changes will not affect refund requests made before the policy change.
